Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed to ensure quick handling. For this reason, cancellations cannot be accepted after confirmation. 🔄 Returns
We only accept returns if the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error, and all returns must include proof of purchase. Do not return items to the shipping label address, as we cannot take responsibility for packages sent without prior confirmation. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the delivery date. You must provide photo evidence of damaged or broken items within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.
