Payment
We currently accept the following secure payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
PayPal: Pay easily and securely using your PayPal account, debit, or credit card. Registration is quick and free at www.paypal.com
Failed Payment?
If your payment does not go through, please contact our Customer Service Team with the subject “Failed Payment” and include your details and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue.
Orders
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation number will be generated and you will receive an email with your order details.
Didn’t receive your confirmation email? After 60 minutes, please check all your mailboxes (including Spam, Promotions, and Social folders). If you still don’t see it, reach out to our Customer Service Team using the email in the website footer.
Order Status: Payment Pending
If your order shows “Payment Pending”, it usually means the payment attempt was unsuccessful. You should receive an email with instructions to reattempt payment. If you didn’t, please contact our Customer Service Team with the subject “Payment Pending” and we’ll send you a secure link to retry.
Paid but No Update?
If your payment has been made but the order status hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please contact us with the subject “Order Whereabouts” so we can verify your payment and resend your confirmation.
Changes or Cancellations
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes (such as shipping method, product quantities, or address updates). Since we cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, please review your bag and details carefully before checkout.
Delivery
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after you receive the notification.
Order Status: Preparing to Ship / In Transit
This means your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number, which may take up to 24 hours to go live.
Delivery Time Frames
Standard delivery: 9–14 business days (varies by location).
Delivery is available on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).
Please note that shipping times may be extended during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions).
Public Holidays
Orders and shipments are not processed on public holidays. Your order will be processed the next working day.
